My name is Rosemary Albright. I teach the second grade SIOP class at Jackson. School year 2014-15 marks my eighth year at Jackson Elementary. Learning English as a new language is a very exciting part of our classroom each day. I live in Columbus with my husband Todd. We have two daughters, Macy & Madison. I love to teach and learn new things with the kids. Cooking and traveling are two of my favorite things to do when I'm not at school. I collect recipes and children's books. I am happy to be teaching at Jackson and I am really looking forward to getting to know and love your children.

My name is Debbie Atchison. I teach the first grade SIOP class at Jackson. First grade is so much fun as students learn to READ and ADD and SUBTRACT! We also keep very busy learning English as a new language each day. I was born in Seymour. I am married and my husband's name is Mark. We have moved and lived all over the country. We have one son, Mitch, who recently graduated from Indiana University. He moved to Minneapolis in early August. We have a cat named Prissy Lou and a German Shepherd named Khloe. I enjoy cooking, traveling, and movies. I am looking forward to the 2012-2013 school year!

My name is Hanna Cox. I teach the third grade at Jackson. This year will be my third year at Jackson Elementary. Your child may know me as Miss Black. In May of this year I married my college sweetheart! We recently relocated to Seymour from Lafayette. Yes, we are BOILERS! I love to teach and learn new things with the kids just as much as I love Purdue! Learning new ideas and ways of thinking is a very exciting part of our classroom each day. Running and being with my family...including my two fur-babies.. are some of my favorite things to do when I'm not at school. I am happy to be teaching at Jackson and I am really looking forward to getting to know you and your children. BOILER UP!

This marks my 17th year teaching at Jackson Elementary. I am a Jackson Graduate as well and have seen both my children travel through their elementary years at Jackson. I couldn't have asked for a better learning environment! I have a son Blake who graduated from SHS last year and a daughter Gracie, that is a freshman this year at SHS. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to teach 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and Special Needs Students. My longest experience teaching is in the 3rd grade classroom. We have 3 Beautiful Pugs. 'Charlie, Chelsea and Chico. My hobbies include swimming, gardening, cooking, traveling and reading. I am confident we are going to have a successful school year!)

Hello, I am Mrs. Rueger. I am from the 'Small Town' of Seymour, Indiana. My husband Andy and I have four children. Our oldest daughter Grace is a eighth grader, Our son Bryce is deceased, our youngest son Brock is two, and our youngest daughter was born in July 2014. A former history teacher encouraged me to be a teacher. After graduating from High School, I attended Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. My experiences in Education have been wonderful! I have had the privilege of teaching a year in Indiana before moving to Kentucky. I taught 2 years in Kentucky and 8 years in North Carolina before moving back to Seymour in June 2013. I love teaching Kindergarten children to become readers and writers! In my spare time I enjoy teaching gymnastics, cheerleading, baseball, football, NASCAR, and spending time with my family.
